Connolly has 24 career wins and 19 runner-ups, he is 1-1 for this season. He has an amazing Indy record, three Indy wins in his last three attempts - 2007, 2008 and 2012; he was runner-up here in 2006. Gray has three career wins and seven runner-up finishes, is 0-1 in 2014.

Connolly had a brilliant reaction tiume and then the car just quit running. Gray made a good run and will collect his first-ever Indy Wally.
