Thomas's dragster moves out of the groove and it costs him big time. Ellis runs straight and true to take the win. He will have to wait to Pomona to find out who will be the 2013 Comp Champion. Late Note: A recheck of the "what if" scenarios shows that Ellis cklinched the 2013 Competition Eliminator title with this win.
