LAS VEGAS - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 13th annual NHRA Toyota Nationals:

Greg Anderson has won this race four times..Vincent Nobile is 4-2 against Anderson this year and he is the only active driver to have a winning record (6-5) against Anderson. A couple great lights. Nobile gets the advantage and never trails for the win by 0.0307 seconds (approximately 9 feet).

Morgan pulls in and puts on both stage lights and then leaves first and has the lead until just past half track where Gaines chases him down and takes the win. V. Gaines' MOV: 0.0272 seconds (approximately 8 feet). Gaines will give up lane choice to A. Johnson in the next round.
