BAYTOWN, Texas - 3:45 p.m. - The rain cell is long gone and the sun came out, aiding the track drying process.

The drivers' meeting is under way and it looks like qualifying will begin pretty close to the scheduled 4 p.m. start time.

The weather conditions look good right now, but everything is moving from southwest to northeast on the weather radar and rain cells are popping up and going away unpredictably southwest of here.
