Head and Worsham have faced each other twice before this, with each driver winning one race.

Head was quicker out of the gate and held on for the first holeshot win in NHAR Funny Car competition. He'll be going for his second final round, with the first coming at the four-wide nationals in Charlotte this year.

Force is 45 - 26 against Capps in prior events. Force was first off the starting line and was out in front when Capps smoked the rear tires about 400 feet down the track. Force will have lane choice over Chad Head in the final round.
