Reichert gets the advantage off the line but Booher goes around him before they reach the sixty foot mark. Booher stays in front to the 330, then Reichert goes back around and pulls in front for good.

Martin gets out in front off the line, Severance makes up the differnce quickly and pulls away for the win.

Callaway gets out of the gate first and starts to pull away. He extends his lead, then gets out of the groove, veers to the left, then almost takes out the half track timing blocks. He steers the dragster back to the right and has to back off the throttle. Taliaferro takes advantage of the situation and goes around Callaway just pas the 1000 foot mark and takes the win.

Mark Taliaferro's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.036), 330 ft(-0.113), 660ft(-0.195), 1,000ft(-0.105). MOV: 0.1571 seconds (approximately 47 feet).

Reichert will have lane choice over Taliaferro in the next round.

Guest gets out of the gate first and stays in front through the 60 foot mark. Whiteley reels him in, drives around, then pulls away for the win.
