9:31 a.m. Franklin had three hundredths and a couple thousandths in hand at the green and needed all of it, Weatherford almost catching him.

Tommy Franklin's incremental margins: 60ft(0.043), 330 ft(0.021). MOV: 0.0025 seconds (approximately 8 inches).

They were close at the green and side-by-side for about 200 fet, then Sakuvich's car nosed over and Laurita was inchallenged the rest of the way.

Mohn was unable to answer the staging call, so Rahaim got a free tuning pass.

Rahaim left hard and the car started chattering the tires, getting sideways very quickly. He lifted, will not have lane choice when he faces Laurita in the semifinals.

Burnley won an event here at MIR just a week ago, so he knows this track very well. However, Perry was consistently quick in qualifying.

Burnley was late and Perry was very quick once again, making his quickest run of the event. He will have lane choice against Franklin in the semifinals.
