Left Lane: Lester Cooper No Time, Now #6; Best prior run: 4.175/172.98, Was #6
Right Lane: Matt Bertsch Runs 4.124/174.87, Now #3; Best prior run: 4.092/177.14, Was #3

4:03 p.m. Cooper broke on the burnout, leaving a small deposit on the track.

Left Lane: Dean Goforth Runs 8.943/60.72, Now #5; Best prior run: 4.129/174.91, Was #5
Right Lane: Kevin Bealko Runs 4.074/177.00, Now #2; Best prior run: 4.081/176.88, Was #2

Goforth shook and slowed. Bealko made a very nice run, and it appears to be a career-best.

Goforth's car hopped up on the tires and then almost stopped. He got the car back in gear and idled through. Deflorian made a good run, but conditions today are not what they were last night.
