3:52 PM Rampy, fresh off a win at Bristol last weekend, meets Westcott, who won at Gainesville this year. Westcott came in with 0.06 seconds in CIC penalties from earlier rounds, Rampy just 0.02. Rampy had the better light and squeaked by for the win, Westcott barely avoiding a permanent index adjustment. David Rampy's MOV: 0.0436 seconds (approximately 10 feet), winning two consecutive events in less than one week (the finals at Bristol last Sunday were a couple hours later than here in Commerce).
