LAS VEGAS - Notes from final, round 4 qualifying in Pro Stock Motorcycle at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 12th annual Big O Tires NHRA Nationals listing lane, rider name, elapsed time/top speed this round, position in order following run, best prior elapsed time/speed, and position in order prior to run:

Left Lane: Jerry Savoie No Time, Now #27; Best prior run: 7.643/132.43, Was #26
Right Lane: Daryl Meadows Runs 7.443/176.33, Now #26; Best prior run: 7.660/165.46, Was #27

2:58 p.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 79 degrees, relative humidity 17 percent, barometer 27.87 inches, adjusted altitude 4,035 feet, track temperature 98 degrees.

Savoie was scheduled to make this pass but was a no-show. Meadows makes his quickest pass of the weekend but doesn't make the show.

Guidera improves but doesn't make the show. No help for Sullivan.

Surber and Wells both slow from their earlier attempts.

Right Lane: Katie Sullivan Runs 10.479/77.59, Now #22; Best prior run: 7.183/186.00, Was #22

Sullivan has problems and shuts down early. Harris improves and gets in the show, bumping out Burley.

Right Lane: Mike Berry Runs 7.179/184.55, Now #21; Best prior run: 7.175/184.60, Was #21

Phillips equals GT Tonglet's time but ran a slower MPH and will not make the show. Berry slows and doesn't get in the show.

Right Lane: Jim Underdahl Runs 7.070/189.68, Now #14; Best prior run: 7.059/188.15, Was #14

Burley slows and does not get back in the show. No improvement for Underdahl.

Smith makes an impressive pass for the conditions and is easily the quickest of the round so far.

Krawiec goes right down the groove but doesn't improve. Hines makes a decent pass but doesn't improve.
