Both drivers had good lights, but Billingsley was able to hold off the dragster on teh top end for the win. David Billingsley's MOV: 0.0061 seconds (approximately 19 inches).

Coan was on time, Ambrose was late, and Coan took the win by well over a car length, picking up another 0.02 in CIC penalty.
