1:35 pm. Paepeghem is late off the line, Strong takes the easy win to move into 2nd round. Paepeghem said earlier that the team is using this race as a test with the new car.

Kirkman rolls thru the beams and Giroux takes the win and lifts at the 1000ft.

Ellis with a little bit of tire spin at 300ft and he just didn't have enough to catch Lane.

Warter has a new engine combination this season and so far it has worked. Warter turns the red light on and Neyer will take the win. Neyer vs Strong and Lane vs Giroux in the next round.
