Finke left way too early, handing the win to Comella, who will reach the semi-finals in his first national event driving a Top Alcohol Dragster.

Guest was not able to answer the call after he crashed his car during the first round of eliminations last night. Shields made a single run that was his lowest ET of the weekend so far.

Brandon Greco, who was involved in a crash with Monroe Guest during the first round last night, was working with Kosky's crew today. Bourke's car launched slowly and trailed smoke all the way down the track. It also dropped fluids on the track but word is that the liquid was fuel. Kosky got the win and will have lane choice over Comella next time out.

DeAngelis had two wins and one loss in previous competition against Reichert. Reichert evened that out with a win here. DeAngelis was quicker out of the gate and led to 60 feet, but after that it was Reichert all the way. Reichert got the win but gave up lane choice to Shields in round three.
