Personett is 1 - 0 against Troxel in prior events and this is the first time they have faced each other in a final round. Troxel with the starting line advantage and the lead until just before half track when Personett goes blasting by and takes the win by 0.0963 seconds (approximately 35 feet). Personett with his second win this year.
