10:35 p.m. David Rampy has a 0.12 CIC penalty; James Caro has a 0.06 CIC penalty. Caro was looking for his first win since Houston '89. He is the 65th different driver Rampy has faced.

It was a 21-year drought between national event wins, the eighth-longest gap among all racers (Pro and Sportsman). Caro had seven thousandths in hand at the tree and held Rampy off on the other end to get the win light.
