Manzo with the starting line advantage and never trailed to win the Allstars for the eighth time. This was a good drag race...Frank Manzo's MOV: 0.0640 seconds (approximately 24 feet). Manzo with win puts Division One and Division Five into tie for the overall Championship, and Division One wins on the tie breaker.
