POMONA, Calif. - Results of final, round 4 eliminations in Top Fuel at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 50th annual Kragen O'Reilly NHRA Winternationals presented by Valvoline:

Dixon is 29 - 26 against Kalitta in prior events and Dixon is 7 - 4 against Kalitta in prior final rounds. Kalitta is the defending event champion. They leave together with Dixon getting the slight advantage and he never trailed. This is Dixon's 49th win and that ties him with Don "Snake" Prudhomme for eighth on the all-time win list in all categories. Larry Dixon's incremental times: 60ft-0.850 sec., 330ft-2.146, 660ft-3.044/281.77 mph. Kalitta with a real nice pass in a losing effort. Doug Kalitta's incremental times: 60ft-0.865 sec., 330ft-2.173, 660ft-3.076/277.66 mph.
