Johnson is 1 - 0 against Jones in prior events. Jones gets a big advantage off the line and looked like he was going to steal one, when the Big Johnson HP takes over and pushes KJ past and into the lead. It was a close one and the Cobalt had to run near the top speed of the meet to get the win.

Line is 9 - 6 against Johnson in prior events and extends it one more with a big hole shot and better times down track for the car length win..

Edwards is 10 - 5 against Johnson in prior events. Edwards puts an end to the Hemi Johnson families season with a clean wire to wire win.

Anderson is 14 - 7 against Stanfield in prior events. Stanfield had a chance down low with a better leave.
