Anderson is 27 - 4 against Edwards in prior events, and 10 - 2 advantage in round two meetings. They have race three times this year, and anderson has won two of them. Edwards goes red and gives Anderson the win and his slim chances of the title alive. Anderson will give up lane choice to Stanfield in the semifinal.

Coughlin is 9 - 7 against Connolly in prior events, and 4 - 2 advantage in round two meetings. This is the fifth time they have raced this year and each of them have won twice. Coughlin with the starting line advantage and the win by 0.0186 seconds (approximately 6 feet). coughlin can't clinch here today, but this almost locks up his second consecutive Pro Stock championship.
