1:42 p.m. Fourteen of the hemi cars showed up for the Challenge, one or two broke in qualifying.

Helms got a freebie and advances to the quarterfinals.

Westcott left early and Wolkwitz hadn't even brouight the RPMs up for the launch. Wait - Late Information! Wolkwitz was in deep, a foul, and Westcott gets to come back after all since Wolkwitz's foul came first..
