The wind has really pickup here. Rick Brown has a 0.01 CIC penalty; Anthony Bertozzi has a 0.08 CIC penalty. Bertozzi gets the jump at the start, and he is able to run down the truck of Brown.

Larry Pritchett has a 0.02 CIC penalty; Arnie Martel has a 0.11 CIC penalty. Martel gets the edge off the line and is abel to stay take the win and he will face Bertozzi in the final round.
