Anderson is the only previous winner out of the eight finalists here today. He won in 2002, 2003 and 2007. Teammate Jason Line won the three years in the middle, so the Summit team cars have won six years in a row.

This was an ugly race. Both cars shook the tires really hard when they launched. After the tire shake, Connolly's car shut down. Anderson got off the throttle and was able to get his car moving again to finish the race and get the win. It's Anderson's second consecutive win and fourth overall here at Englishtown.
