ENNIS, Texas - Notes from round 1 qualifying in Screamin' Eagle Nitro Harley at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 18th annual O'Reilly Fall Nationals presented by Castrol Syntec listing lane, rider name, elapsed time, top speed, and position in order following run:

Left Lane: Tracy Kile Runs 6.841/200.53, Now #2
Right Lane: Johnny Mancuso Runs 6.594/205.52, Now #1

Mancuso with a nice looking pass.

Left Lane: Larry Brancaccio Runs 12.198/68.71, Now #3
Right Lane: Jack Romine Runs 16.057/63.22, Now #4

Romine with trouble right off the starting line.

Left Lane: Mark Cox Runs 6.618/203.57, Now #2
Right Lane: Doug Vancil Runs 7.261/209.93, Now #4

Cox got out of the groove, but stayed with it. Vancil was on and off the throttle two or three times and ran the big speed.

Stordeur with a great pass here for the number one spot.
