JOLIET, Ill. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 11th annual Torco Racing Fuels Route 66 NHRA Nationals:

Connolly is 14 - 2 against Stanfield in prior events, and Connolly hold a 5 - 1 advantage when they race in round one. Connolly with a great light and then got real loose right off the starting line and clicked it off. Stanfield move on to round two.
