Kalitta was ahead at 60 feet, but then he went up in smoke and Bernstein cruised into the final for the second straight event.

Schumacher lays down the best run of eliminations and leaves Kalitta in the dust. Not very often do you see a guy run 4.53 and lose by 33 feet.
