Tony has beaten Cruz twenty times in the twenty nine times they've faced each other in eliminations. Cruz struck the tires at about 300 feet. He pedaled it, and he was up in smoke again before half track.

Head won the only previous time these to faced each other, and it was here at the Spring event. This was a great looking drag race! Force wins by 0.0075 seconds, about 3 feet. This is the first time a female driver has advanced to an NHRA Funny Car final round, and she'll have lane choice.
