4:15 p.m. Scelzi is 9-6 against Capps, with an even split in final rounds, 2-2. The last time they met in a final round was Chicago and Scelzi won that one.

This one was over quickly, Capps losing traction about 200 feet out while Scelzi was on a relatively uneventful run. That puts Scelzi into second place in the points for the Countdown to One. Capps will enter the final two races in fourth, with Tony Pedregon in the lead and Robert Hight third.
