Left Lane: Ed Bergenholtz Runs 7.935/177.58, Now #5; Best prior run: 7.845/185.00, Was #5
Right Lane: Bryan Jimenez Runs 9.149/160.63, Now #6; Best prior run: 8.070/172.78, Was #6

9:25 a.m. Weather conditions: air temperature 74 degrees, relative humidity 48 percent, barometer 29.25 inches, adjusted altitude 2,055 feet, track temperature 84 degrees.

Both cars slow from their best prior runs.

Hunt picks up a ton, but Rado has problems and slows.

Ladwig makes a nice pass into the #2 spot. Gardella struggles and slows.
