Connolly came in with a 6-0 record against Johnson and had lane choice for this round. Both drivers are well above average on the tree.

Connolly was way late, AJ was psychic, and AJ goes to the finals on a holeshot. Allen Johnson's incremental margins: 60ft(0.044), 330 ft(0.037), 660ft(0.032), 1,000ft(0.025). MOV: 0.0195 seconds (approximately 6 feet).

Surprisingly, Line held a 10-2 edge against Coughlin in prior events - and he had lane choice here.

Coughlin took a 0.04 edge on the tree, but his car did a little dance about 200 feet out and Line ran him down. Jason Line's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.033), 330 ft(0.009), 660ft(0.022), 1,000ft(0.030). MOV: 0.0385 seconds (approximately 12 feet). Line has lane choice against Allen Johnson in the final round.
