Kyle Seipel of San Leandro, Calif., won the $5,000 Super Pro finale during the second of four days of racing at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway's annual Thanksgiving weekend Las Vegas Bracket Nationals. Seipel defeated Zach Craig of Olympia, Wash., 7.786 mph/165.94 mph to 8.023 sec./166.74 mph. Seipel posted a reaction time of .018 to Craig's .035.

Tibor Kadar of Peoria, Ariz., won the Pro finale over Ken Wilson of Boise, Idaho. Scott Jones of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., won the Sportsman final over Jennifer Carey of Fallon, Nev.

"Papa Joe" Furiani, 70, of San Gabriel, Calif., won the special "Geezer Gambler" for drivers 57 years of age or older. Lloyd Miyashiro of San Dimas, Calif., was runner-up.

The Las Vegas Bracket Nationals continues through the weekend at The Strip at LVMS with separate races on Saturday and Sunday night. The field of entries includes NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series Top Fuel Dragster drivers Rod Fuller and Jack Beckman. Tomorrow's race features the $1,000 entry fee "winner-take-all" Ultimate Gambler.
