2:18 p.m. We're about to settle the issue of who's going to appear in the final round of Top Fuel here at the Goodguys Fuel and Gas Finals. This time Harris is late and besides that he loses traction at about 60 feet. no problems for White and he shoots for lane choice in the final.

These two were paired up over and over earlier in the year in a series of match races that played up the second generation drivers. Well, this time it's for real. This match is to fill out the finals against Rick White. The winner here needs to run quicker than 5.84 for lane choice. All that build up and this one was over early. Sorokin smoked the tires and just couldn't get it to recover.
