SONOMA, Calif. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 19th annual FRAM-Autolite NHRA Nationals:

Weather conditions: air temperature 79 degrees, relative humidity 50 percent, barometer 30.13 inches,adjusted altitude 1,364 feet, track temperature 115 degrees.

Krisher holds a eight to four advantage in head to head match ups. For the ninth straight race Johnson has qualified in the top half of the field. Johnson with a big starting line advantage and the power to hold on for the hole shot win. Allen Johnson's MOV: 0.0546 seconds (approximately 17 feet).

Connolly holds a six to three advantage in head to head match ups and this is rematch of round one from last week, WJ won that one. WJ is too quick on the tree and turns on the red light and Connolly with a great run for the win.
