3:14 p.m. Olivarez does his job, leaving way before Reichert, but Reichert starts gaining ground as soon as they leave the line. Olivarez stays out in front until half-track, then Reichert goes around and pulls away for the win. Bill Reichert's incremental margins (negative if behind): 60ft(-0.058), 330 ft(-0.037), 660ft(-0.007), 1,000ft(0.015). MOV: 0.0315 seconds (approximately 12 feet).

Force gets the hole-shot and starts pulling away. She extends her lead for the first 330-feet, then Torrence starts to reel her in. Torrence drives around Force just past the 1000-foot mark and moves on to the next round. Reichert will have lane choice over Torrence in the final round.
