Glen Treadwell has a 0.01 CIC penalty; Vinnie Deceglie has a 0.10 CIC penalty. Two great lights and Treadwell gets his second Indy win, also winning in '95, but he took a permanent 0.04 hit to ensure this one. Glen Treadwell's MOV: 0.1374 seconds (approximately 41 feet) and he probably doesn't care about the index at this point.
