most have given up a few hundredths and a few have gone deeply in debt, all in search of an
elusive U.S. Nationals championship.Tony Stephenson has a 0.05 CIC penalty; Dale Spencer has
no CIC penalty. Stephenson wanted to win here, the last national event he could claim, because
it pays more points for a win - six rounds instead of the usual five. However, he was late on
the tree and all that strategy is meaningless. Dale Spencer's MOV: 0.0381 seconds (approximately
9 feet).
