CLERMONT, Ind. - Notes from round 1 qualifying in Pro RWD at the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, 51st annual Mac Tools U.S. Nationals listing lane, driver name, elapsed time, top speed, and position in order following run:

Left Lane: Vince Fourcade Runs 6.711/211.89, Now #1
Right Lane: Ara Arslanian No Time, Now #2

Weather conditions: air temperature 71 degrees, relative humidity 40 percent, barometer 29.77 inches, adjusted altitude 1,128 feet, track temperature 107 degrees.

Arslanian broke on the burnout. Fourcade had a lot of tire shake, but drove through it.

Left Lane: Matt Scranton Runs 6.634/214.86, Now #1

Scranton with a real nice looking pass, straight down the groove.

Left Lane: Brad Personett Runs 14.454/90.10, Now #4
Right Lane: Matt Hartford Runs 6.754/201.79, Now #3

Personett really bogged right off the line and coasted on through the 1320. Hartford with a good clean pass.
