MADISON, Ill. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Mountain Motor Pro Stock at the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, 10th annual NHRA Midwest Nationals:

Morton with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. Bell clicked it off early.

Firkus broke right on the starting line.

DeFlorian Jr. is straight down the groove for the win. He will have lane choice over Eman in the semifinal.

Carr with the starting line advantage, but around half track the car got real loose. The car darted across the lane and made contact with the wall to give Neri the win.

Neri will give up lane choice to Morton in the semifinal.
