This is the first time Todd and Martin have faced each other in eliminations. Martin has only staged the car in eliminations two other times!

It's Todd from start to finish. He makes another great looking pass for the easy win.

Martin gave it a valiant try and was with Todd until after the 330 lights. The Camry moved towards the center line and he had to lift. [No speed recorded!]

Hagan is 5 - 1 against Langdon in prior events.

Langdon's Camry was up in smoke, big time, at the green. He has to coast on down.

Clean pass from start to finish for Hagan and an easy win.

Matt Hagan's incremental times: 60ft-0.879 sec., 330ft-2.251, 660ft-3.186/276.86 mph.

In a repeat of the last pair, Hight is up in smoke instantly at the green.

Force makes another strong pass to the lights and will keep lane choice over Hagan in round three.

Beckman is 17 - 7 against Tasca III in prior events.

Nothing wrong with the right lane!

Tasca gets a 0.02 starting line advantage at the green and holds off Beckman to the 330 lights. It was all Beckman after that as they run absolutely together to the finish line. There is just 0.011 difference there!

What a great race! Todd made the quickest pass of the round and will have lane choice in round three.

Bob Tasca III's incremental times: 60ft-0.900 sec., 330ft-2.276, 660ft-3.199/279.15 mph. Jack Beckman's incremental times: 60ft-0.885 sec., 330ft-2.254, 660ft-3.178/280.37 mph.
