Smith is 17 - 12 against Stoffer in prior events.

Another tough loss! Stoffer gets a big head start at the green and then has the bike drive hard right towards the center line and nails the 660 light reflector!

Smith was going to be tough to beat, as he runs clean and straight to another eighty pass for the easy win.

Matt Smith's incremental times: 60ft-1.075 sec., 330ft-2.876, 660ft-4.411/159.42 mph, 1,000ft-5.744.

Hines is 22 - 5 against Pollacheck in prior events.

Pollacheck gets a nice, but brief lead at the green. Hines is dead even with him at 60 feet and pulls steadily ahead for the win.

He will have lane choice over Smith in round three.
