Patterson has 12 national event wins and has runnered-up 14 times.

Lamb has eleven wins in five different classes.

Patterson gets a small advantage off the line but Lamb is able to hold him off for the win.

With the win in Comp Eliminator, Lamb becomes only the fourth person ever to win a natioanl event in six different classes. He has won in Stock, Super Stock, Super Comp, Super Gas, Top Comp and Comp Eliminator.
