Brown is 7 - 2 against McMillen in prior events. Brown with the starting line advantage and never trailed for the win. McMillen goes up in smoke just before half track.

Kalitta is 16 - 12 against Vandergriff in prior events. Kalitta is out of the gate first and then they are both up in smoke right at the hit. Vandergriff pedals it and gets it to recover and takes the win light. Kalitta couldn't get it to hook back up...

Langdon is 3 - 2 against Todd in prior events. Todd with a slight starting line advantage, but then dropped a hole right at the hit and it never picked back up. Langdon launched hard and got it to hook and makes a great pass for the win. He will have lane choice over Vandergriff in the semifinal.

Torrence with the starting line advantage and was straight down the groove for the win. He will give up lane choice to Brown in the semifinal. Wurtzel's chute just came out around half track.
