BROWNSBURG, Ind. - Results of round 1 eliminations in Pro Stock Motorcycle at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 60th annual Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals:

Tonglet is 9 - 8 against Hines in prior events. Tonglet has a narrow four to three win/loss advantage over Hines in first round match ups. Hines has three prior wins here in twelve starts. Tonglet has qualified here five times with one win.

This is the first time Johnson and Hall have faced each other in eliminations. Johnson is making his twenty-sixth start at Indy. He has two wins in 2005 and 2008. Hall is making his second start.

Johnson stays close until after the 330 light and then Hall pulls well ahead for the win. [Hall's speed was bogus, so it was removed.]

Pollacheck gets a nice lead at the green,but Arana is by right after sixty feet. Arana makes his best pass of the weekend for the win.

He will have lane choice next round over Underdahl.

Krawiec puts the H-D power to the track for the win. He keeps lane choice in round two over an all H-D match up against Hines.
