Gray had the better light and led all the way. Johnson's car ran into the shakes, the rear of the car bouncing up and down, and by the time he got it tamed down, the race was over.

Stanfield found himself facing the current points leader and Line made it even worse by making a last-minute lane change after seeing AJ's problems.

Stanfield did his job and had a slightly quicker reaction time, but Line also did his job and steadily pulled away for the win.

Jason Line's incremental margins: 60ft(0.009), 330 ft(0.018), 660ft(0.025), 1,000ft(0.033). MOV: 0.0422 seconds (approximately 13 feet).

Nobile holds a 3-1 record against Gray, but this is the first time they have faced each other in round 2 and the first time a berth in the Countdown was at stake.

Gray had a psychic light and then the two ran identical ETs, so Gray earned his way into the Countdown with a holeshot victory.

The two Gray brothers will face each other in the semifinals, Shane has lane choice.

Connolly holds a 5-3 record against Enders-Stevens and a 3-1 record in round 2 matchups. He beat her here last year on a holeshot.

Another holeshot by Connolly, but this time he paired it with a quicker ET for a 10-foot win. He also earned lane choice against Line in the semifinals.
