Miersch is 2 - 0 against Severance in prior events. Servance with the starting line advantage, but had violent tire shake and clicked it off. Miersch matches his E.T. from the previous round...it appeared he was mixing up cylinders on the top end, but still got the win.

Ahten with a slight starting line advantage, but was up in smoke and pedaled it, but couldn't get it to hook up before he clicked it off. Grisel with his quickest pass of the weekend for the win.

Demke is 3 - 1 against McKernan in prior events. McKernan with the starting line advantage, but then started to shake and pedaled it and that was the end of her weekend. Demke launched hard and keep it hooked up to make another great pass, quickest of the round for the win. He will have lane choice over Grisel in the semifinal.
