POMONA, Calif. - Results of final, round 4 eliminations in Top Fuel at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 49th annual Automobile Club of Southern California NHRA Finals:

We are finally down to the final race of the final round of the final event of the year.Langdon is 10 - 6 against Kalitta in prior events and Kalitta is 1 - 0 against Langdon in prior final rounds. Kalitta has one win and one runner up this year and a 28-22 win ratio. He has been in the finals 67 times. Langdon has six wins and three runner-ups this year and has a 134-105 win/loss ratio for his career, so far.

Langdon shows why he is world champion by running the board with the better RT and all of the incrementals, except Kalitta matched his speed at the 660 lights. A terrific side by side pass for the two cars and about a car length win at the finish line. Very nice!
