LAS VEGAS - Results of round 2 eliminations in Top Fuel at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 14th annual SummitRacing.com NHRA Nationals:

Weather conditions: air temperature 81 degrees, relative humidity 18 percent, barometer 27.69 inches, adjusted altitude 4,416 feet, track temperature 108 degrees.

This is the first time Force and Schumacher have faced each other in eliminations. Schumacher is out of the gate first and never trailed for the win as Force was up in smoke early.

Massey is 2 - 0 against Millican in prior events. Massey is out of the gate first and Millican is up smoke by 100 feet and then Massey is up in smoke. Massey was able to drive through the tire smoke and take the win. He will give up lane choice to his teammate Schumacher in the semifinal.

Grubnic is 3 - 0 against McMillen in prior events. They have identical reaction times and then Grubnic is up in smoke as soon as he hit the throttle and he clicked it off. McMillen was straight down the groove for the win.

Brown is 16 - 3 against Lucas in prior events. They leave together and they are both up in smoke at the same time, they both pedal it and Brown gets it to hook up and Lucas is back up in smoke. Brown was then hazing the tires as he crossed the finish line and got the win. Brown will give up lane choice to McMillen in the semifinal.
