POMONA, Calif. - Results of final, round 4 eliminations in Top Alcohol Dragster at the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, 53rd annual O'Reilly NHRA Winternationals presented by Super Start Batteries:

Whiteley is 10 - 4 against Demke in prior events and each has won 2 times against the other in final rounds. Whiteley comes in as the number one qualifier and already has nineteen National Event wins. Demke was number two and has nine wins, so far.

Whiteley gets a small 0.007 advantage at the green and then both cars had identical sixty foot times. He pulls steadily ahead going down the track and makes the quickest and fastest pass of the weekend to take the close win.
