It's Densham with all of the numbers to take the easy win. He runs 204.91 at half track and runs his best pass of the weekend.

Eickman was late off the line and then slows a little from his earlier times.

Gary Eickman's incremental times: 60ft-1.064 sec., 330ft-2.640, 660ft-3.907/194.83 mph, 1,000ft-4.991.
Steven Densham's incremental times: 60ft-0.987 sec., 330ft-2.562, 660ft-3.797/204.91 mph, 1,000ft-4.859.

Head gets a big starting line advantage, but the AJPE motor is too strong for the track and the tires are quickly up in smoke. He pumps it several times and tries to chase down a slowing Lewis, but runs out of track. The blower then goes bang in the lights to seal his doom.

Lewis gets lucky and will give up lane choice to Densham in the final round.
