altitude 453 feet, track temperature 61 degrees.Neff and Gray came off the starting line at about the same time, but Gray's card
shook the tires hard. He tried to pedal it and get hooked up again, but every time Gray gave the car some power, the rear tires spun
and smoked. Neff took his car down the groove to take the Funny Car win here this year.
