MOHNTON, Pa. - Results of round 3 eliminations in Funny Car at the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series, 28th annual Auto-Plus NHRA Nationals:

Beckman was late getting to the staging lanes and appeared to have problems getting the car started. By the time he started his burnout, Gray was already backed up past the starting line. This was a quick and fast run by both drivers, with Gray winning by a holeshot and having his career best speed in the process. Gray will move on to the final round.

Force had a slow start and never got up to speed. Neff was slow coming off the starting line, but had a strong run down the track to take the win. He gave up lane choice to Gray in the final round.
